This coffee is proudly USDA Organic Certified and Smithsonian Bird Friendly® Certified, meeting some of the highest environmental standards in agriculture. Using a natural processing method, the coffee cherries are dried with the fruit intact, allowing the sugars and flavors from the cherry to develop fully within the bean. The result is a sweet, approachable cup with layers of fruit and chocolate that showcase both the varietal and the landscape where it was grown.
